Rates for Video Depositions

First two hours: $230.00 - "per day/per location" (minimum)

Each additional hour: $80.00

The 2-hour minimum charge is billed from the noticed start time of the deposition. Additional hours are billed from the end of the originally scheduled two-hour minimum period until the time at which all deposition business and discussions are completed.

Video depositions cancelled or postponed with less than 24 hours verbal notice are subject to the minimum 2-hour billing charge of $230.00.

The 2-hour minimum charge includes travel expenses within a 1-hour driving radius of our studio in Durham, North Carolina.

Our video deposition fee includes one DVD OR VHS copy of the entire deposition for the noticing attorney and if requested, one audio cassette copy of the entire deposition for the attending court reporter.

Synchronize the Video Deposition with the Transcript

We can sync the video deposition with the transcript to give you an all in one tool that can then be used in a variety of ways to include improved planning, editing highlighting, and courtroom presentation. The CD is not only playable through it's own viewer, it is also compatible with all the major formats including, Sanction II®, Trial Director®, LiveNote®, and the SMI format used by Microsoft PowerPoint®.

Deposition Copies/Services

Additional certified VHS, CD-ROM, and DVD-R copies are available to interested parties.

• DVD OR VHS copies = $40.00 per DVD OR VHS tape.
• CD-ROM copies (MPEG-1 computer video files) - $25.00 per hour.
• Expedited service requires additional charges.
• Synchronized video to transcript - $35.00 per half-hour

Deposition Video Delivery and Payment Terms

Payment for all video deposition recording services is COD upon delivery of the video copies to the noticing attorney.

Established clients with approved billing history may elect to be invoiced at the time of copy delivery, but even in such cases, payment-in-full is expected in an absolute maximum of 30 days.

Non established accounts, questionable accounts, and clients outside the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan area are always COD upon delivery of deposition tapes or copies.

We accept credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) or business checks. Payment arrangements must be determined prior to shipment of deposition video copies.

Normal delivery time for all tapes and copies is ten working days after the close of the deposition.
